Mortgage Company Inks lease at Downtown Mixed-Use Project.

Dickson Commercial Group (DCG) is pleased to announce the successful lease transaction at 300 South Wells Avenue, Suite 7. Dominic Brunetti, CCIM, Travis Hansen, CCIM and Scott Shanks, SIOR represented the landlord, S3 Development, in the lease of 2,222 square feet to Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company.

Located at the corner of Wells and Ryland, 300 S. Wells is one of Downtown Reno’s newest mixed-use redevelopment projects. The 39,816 square-foot office building was purchased by S3 Development in January 2018 and the local development group immediately went about extensive exterior and interior renovations, highlighted by a new courtyard to bring in a new tenant mix of office, retail, and medical uses to the project. Other recent tenants include Code Coffee, Dorinda’s Chocolates, and insurance software company Talage.
There are four remaining spaces in the building ranging from 2,498 to 6,908 square feet.
