The DCG team did a remarkable job of working with Panattoni on the most complex land assemblage we have been involved in within northern Nevada. Considering the overall required timeline of the project, the disparate uses on individual parcels including some residential properties, and the fact that the entitlement process was taking place simultaneously, it is truly extraordinary that we concurrently closed on all the sites and met the required delivery date for the ultimate end user.
