C.H. Spencer LLC specializes in the distribution of industrial pumps, compressors, and related products for the mining, power, industrial, and municipal markets. The company primarily sells a wide range of pumps and related equipment, along with refractory products, high-pressure steam valves, and steam traps, and also provides a full range of services to municipal industries including water systems, irrigation, sewage, control panels, drainage, and sub-surface water management specialing in supplying pumps and pump related equipment to the mining industry. Constructed on 11.2 acres, the 195,000 square foot, multi-tenant building features a 30’ clear height, 50’ x 50’ column spacing, and an ESFR fire suppression system.  Currently, only 5 flex units for a total of 45,000 square feet remain available. 

Pyramid Pointe Commerce Center is owned by Ingenuity 200 Industrial, LLC and developed by Panattoni Development Company, with Tectonics Design Group as the architect and Alston Construction as the general contractor.  C.H.
