<![CDATA[Dickson Commercial Group is pleased to announce the hiring of Corry Castaneda, who brings over 15 years of commercial real estate building, maintenance and management experience to the team. Castaneda will serve as Director of Property Management for DCG. Castaneda’s role will be an integral part business expansion for DCG as the company increases its focus on commercial property management. Castaneda will work with the accounting and management staff of DCG on managing and maintaining all asset classes including industrial, office, multifamily and retail. In addition to property management, Castaneda and DCG management will offer services in facility management, construction/capital project management, and tenant improvements. Castaneda holds a Nevada Real Estate License and Property Management Permit, and prior to joining DCG, worked with two different regional commercial real estate companies over the course of seven years. Most recently, Castaneda served as the Commercial Assistant Real Estate Manager of Reno, Nev., for CBRE, Inc., where he helped manage a portfolio of over 80 industrial buildings in the Reno/Sparks area, totaling over 12 million sq. ft. Castaneda also worked for NAI Alliance as the Commercial Building Superintendent/Maintenance Engineer where he oversaw maintenance and facility operations for over 1 million sq. ft., of class “A” office, mixed retail and flex industrial for over 100 tenants. Castaneda was also a licensed General Contractor in the state of Nevada for eight years and served as Facilities Engineer with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel for three years where he became a certified HVAC technician and received certificates in National Electric Code and Uniform Plumbing Code. Castaneda participated in the University of Nevada, Reno, MBA program in 2006-07, graduated from San Francisco Art Institute with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture in 1995¸and is trilingual.]]>
