DCG’s Office Team, Dominic Brunetti and Patrick Riggs, successfully represented the landlords in leasing two prime office spaces in Reno.

At 50 West Liberty, Brunetti and Riggs represented Basin Street Properties in leasing Suite 330 to Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. The new tenant, occupying 3,561 square feet, is a full-service investment firm providing securities brokerage, investment banking, trading, investment advisory, and other related financial services to individual investors, institutions, corporations, and municipalities.

Additionally, the team represented the landlord in leasing Suite 5 at 6180 Mae Anne Avenue, a 2,014-square-foot office. The new tenant, Grace Community of Reno, a nondenominational church located on Robb Drive, will occupy the garden office suite. This property is in Northwest Reno, offering convenient access to amenities such as Raley’s, CVS, various restaurants, and fitness centers.
