Trevor Richardson and Chris Moton, from DCG’s Multifamily team, recently represented the buyer in the purchase of two homes located at 765 & 767 Walker Avenue. On April 29th, 2021 the parcel, containing both homes, was acquired for $951,000. 

DCG’s Multifamily team also represented the buyer in the acquisition of a 4-unit apartment building, located in Downtown Reno on April 28, 2021. At 2,897 square feet, the apartment building was purchased for $1,065,000.
