DCG’s Investment Team Represented Sellers in Two South Reno Office Properties

DCG’s Investment Team, Chris Shanks and Matt Dericco represented the sellers in both 10391 and 10591 Double R Boulevard. 

10391 Double R Boulevard, a 3,426 Square foot office building was purchased by Culpepper Psychiatric Associates LLC for $950,000 on December 22, 2020. 

Chris Shanks, Matt Dericco and Tom Fennell represented the seller in the sale-leaseback transaction of 10591 Double R Boulevard, a 3,506 square foot office building that sold for $1,400,000 on December 29,2020. 

Both office properties are located in the Professional Circle garden office development in the newer South Reno submarket.
