Congratulations to DCG’s Summit Award winners; Industrial broker and NAIOP’s Developing Leader of the Year, Nick Knecht, and Property Manager of the Year, Corry Castaneda.

Nick Knecht of DCG’s industrial team is Northern Nevada’s Developing Leaders chair, where he is responsible for organizing DL-specific events such as panel discussions, development previews and tours, and recruiting new NAIOP members. 

Corry is the Director of Commercial Property Management at DCG bringing over 15 years of commercial real estate, building maintenance, and property management experience to the team. The portfolio he oversees includes office, industrial, retail, and multifamily projects. 

The Summit Awards is Northern Nevada’s premier commercial real estate industry award; recognizing excellence in construction, brokerage, development, and other notable industry achievements. The 16th Annual, 2021 virtual ceremony was hosted by the four leading commercial real estate organizations and local Northern Nevada chapters of NAIOP, CREW, NBA, and CCIM.
