DCG’s Retail Team, Gary Tremaine and Amanda Brierton recently represented the buyer, Evolution Car Wash, in the acquisition of 0 Old Virginia Rd. The 0.61 acres were purchased for $799,350 on November 12, 2021. 

The buyer acquired one of the pads just North of Big O Tires to develop a car wash, directly next to the South Towne Crossing shopping center in South Reno. Evolution Car Wash is local to Northern Nevada and provides an eco-friendly alternative to the traditional car wash industry.
