DCG Represents Buyer and Seller in Newly Developed Class A Office Building in South Reno

DCG’s Principals, Dominic Brunetti, CCIM, and Scott Shanks, SIOR, represented the buyer and seller in the transaction of 5435 Kietzke Lane. The newly constructed, 10,000-square-foot Class A office building was purchased by Sierra Oral Surgery Partners. Suite 100 on the first floor of the two-story building is fully leased to Great Basin Oral and Facial Surgery, while Suite 200 on the second floor remains available for lease. Additional occupiers within the new development include Small Strides, a privately owned preschool and infant toddler nursery, and Sierra Nevada Specialty Care, which specializes in nephrology & endocrinology. 

Developed by BLC Builders’ associate Yetis LLC, with BLC being the general contractor, the Bonde Development consists of three free-standing buildings. The new office development is located just south of The Village @ Rancharrah and within the Mountain View Corporate Center.
