DCG Principals Dominic Brunetti, CCIM, and Scott Shanks, SIOR, represented the project developer, BLC Builders, and Jamie Krahne, VP of DCG Healthcare, represented the buyer, Sierra Joint Ventures, in the $5,787,000 purchase of 5437 Kietzke Lane. The newly constructed 12,000-square-foot medical office build to suit will be occupied by Sierra Nevada Specialty Care.  Additional occupiers within the new development include Small Strides, a privately owned preschool and infant toddler nursery, and a soon-to-be-announced dental operator.

The Bonde Development consists of three free-standing buildings and is owned by BLC Builders’ associate Yetis LLC. The team of BLC has been working for the past 24 months to fast-track the design and construction of the project. The new office development is located just south of The Village @ Rancharrah and within the Mountain View Corporate Center.

Sierra Nevada Specialty Care was founded in 1982 that provides nephrology & endocrinology in Northern Nevada.  The new facility has allowed them to expand their services, increasing access to much-needed kidney care to our community.
