The 9,797 square foot building located at 1465 Terminal Way was sold for $795,000 to Seven K properties as an investment sale. The adjacent building at 1475 Terminal Way was sold to NCS Terminal, LLC who plans to occupy the building with Reno-based property management company, Nevada Commercial Services. The 15,159-square foot building sold for $1,230,000.
