DCG Multifamily; Trevor Richardson and Chris Moton represented the seller in the exchange of CasaBella Townhomes in Downtown Reno. JT Orchard LLC purchased the 16-townhomes, totaling 18,608 square feet for $8.5M. CasaBella is a symmetrical property with two rows of 8-townhomes, the units alternate from a 1,016 square foot one bedroom unit to a 1,310 square foot two bedroom unit.
Recently constructed in 2020 by Pinecrest Construction and Development, CasaBella is located on the westend of Reno’s Riverwalk District at 529 West 1st Street and 100 Bell Street.
Reno’s Riverwalk District is typically defined as the western downtown area along the Truckee River.
