DCG Land Team Represents Buyer and Seller in 21.08 Acre Deal

DCG’s Land Team, Dennis Bradley and Heidi Chisholm, represented the seller and buyer in a land disposition of the Heritage Ranch Subdivision in Dayton, Nevada. Heritage Ranch is an approved 279 single-family lot tentative mapped approved subdivision. The 21.08 acres were purchased by Santa Ynez Valley Construction on April 12, 2021, at a selling price of $1,050,000. This sale was for Phases I and II of the five-phase project.  The Buyer has options for the following phases of the project.
