DCG is pleased to announce the recent sale of a freestanding building in Northwest Reno. Dominic Brunetti, CCIM and Scott Shanks, SIOR represented the buyer, Generation Holdings, in the acquisition of 9790 S McCarran in Reno, NV. The 3,192 square foot building sold for $937,000 and was in shell condition. Dr. Alexandra Moore, manager of Generation Holdings, has designed a best in class veterinary clinic and is in the process of completing the interior improvements.  The animal hospital is due to be open by July.

The building is located in Monte Vista Village, providing easy access to downtown Reno, I-80, and the McCarran Loop. The development includes medical providers, professional service firms and amenities such as restaurants, banks, fitness, gas stations and a full-service car wash.
