DCG is pleased to announce the recent sale transaction completed by Travis Hansen, CCIM. Hansen represented the ownership entity for the properties located at 903 & 905 Taylor Place, in Fallon, Nevada. The sale consisted of two freestanding buildings totaling 8,000 SF on 2.45 acres of land.  The buildings were originally constructed for a charter school and most recently have been used by daycare and therapy use. Cari Norcutt of Berney Realty represented the buyer.
