DCG Investment Team Facilitates $15MM Acquisition of 144,278 SF Industrial Property at 14291 Lear Blvd

DCG’s Investment team, Matt DeRicco and Chris Shanks, CCIM, represented the buyer, Jensen Precast, in the $15,000,000 ($103.97 per sq. ft.) acquisition of 14291 Lear Boulevard. This was an owner-user transaction, as Jensen Precast, a concrete manufacturer in Reno, will occupy the space beginning in Q2 2024. Located in the North Valleys submarket, the 144,278-square-foot building offers a versatile open floor plan for heavy industrial uses. The industrial facility sits on 7.63 acres, within 2 miles of Highway 395, just south of the Reno-Stead Airport.
