DCG’s industrial team: Joel Fountain, Nick Knecht, and Baker Krukow represented the tenant, CCQ Fulfillment, in the 87,127 Square Feet lease at 630 Spice Islands Drive Suite A, Sparks, NV, 89431.  

The Sparks facility was leased in Q1 2021, and will operate as the West Coast fulfillment center for CCQ.
