DCG Completes Multiple Office Investment Transactions

Tom Fennell, CCIM, Matt Dericco and Chris Shanks, CCIM of DCG represented an exchange buyer in the purchase of 1100 California Avenue. The 4,540 square foot multi-tenant office building featured 3 tenants and sold for $1,700,000 with a 6.71% cap rate in Q1 of this year.

In South Meadows, Fennell, Dericco and Shanks represented the owner of 10591 Double R Boulevard in a sale-leaseback. The 3,506 square foot building sold for $1,400,000 ($399 per square foot) with a 5-year leaseback in place at the time of sale.
