DCG Completes Acquisition and Lease of South Meadows Office Building. Announces New Speculative Office Building.

DCG is pleased to announce a recent closing for the office building and adjacent land at 9500 and 9510 Prototype Drive in South Meadows. The combined purchase price totaled $815,150.00.  The building sold for $715,250 or $250/SF and the 2,938 SF office pad sold for $99,900.

Travis Hansen, CCIM represented the Seller, Nelson Revocable Living Trust in the disposition of the 2,861 square foot office building and adjoining land of 0.13 acres. 

The new ownership group plans to build a new speculative building on the vacant pad, estimated at 2,642 square feet.

Shortly after closing, DCG was successful in completing a new lease on the existing building to SGF Engineering, LLC. 

SGF Engineering, LLC has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of mechanical and plumbing design. They have completed a variety of project types and put this experience to practical use in determining the best system type for each building.
