DCG Announces the Promotion of Three Brokers to Senior Vice President

Joel Fountain, SIOR, Industrial, Travis Hansen, SIOR, CCIM, and Gary Tremaine, Retail, have been elevated to senior vice president within Dickson Commercial Group (DCG). The promotions are a result of the combination of both recent transactional production and tenure in the marketplace.

“These promotions recognize the hard work and diligence of a number of brokers at DCG who have had great success in their career and in our marketplace,” said Tom Fennell, principal at DCG. “We are pleased to recognize Joel, Travis and Gary as they continue to excel as commercial real estate professionals.”

With more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Fountain has become an expert in the northern Nevada Industrial market. Joining DCG in 2014, Fountain focuses on Industrial sales and leasing. He received his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation in 2021. He is also a member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), the industry’s commercial real estate development association.

Since 2017, Hansen has been a vital asset to DCG. With over 10 years of experience in all commercial sectors in the Northern Nevada market, Hansen is well versed in all asset classes. He was awarded the prestigious SIOR designation in 2021 and CCIM designation in 2015. Hansen has served on the Board of Directors of First Tee Northern Nevada since 2012.

Joining DCG in 2014, Tremaine brings more than 25 years of retail real estate experience to DCG, representing local, regional, and national tenants and landlords, as well as assisting with the development and leasing of shopping centers and retail projects. Tremaine is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).
