Colfer, who is also President of the Northern Nevada CCIM chapter, shared her thoughts on the strategies businesses must use when considering whether to buy or lease a commercial property for their business objectives.
Colfer said it’s also about getting greater control over the costs of real estate, as opposed to leasing where market conditions could lead to higher rental costs.
