(Reno, NV) – Panattoni Development Company recently announced that Cleaners Supply, has leased 78,000 square feet of space at Pyramid Pointe Commerce Center located at 420 Ingenuity Avenue in Sparks, Nevada.

Cleaner’s Supply specializes in supplying high-quality products and services to the textile care industry. A trusted partner for dry cleaners, laundries, and related businesses, their comprehensive catalog and website encompasses a wide array of essentials, from garment bags and hangers to packaging products and equipment, all tailored to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. 

Constructed on 11.2 acres, the 195,000 square foot, multi-tenant building features a 30’ clear height, 50’ x 50’ column spacing and an ESFR fire suppression system. Current availability ranges from 9,000 square feet to 109,000 square feet. 

Pyramid Pointe Commerce Center is owned by Ingenuity 200 Industrial, LLC and developed by Panattoni Development Company, with Tectonics Design Group as the architect and Alston Construction as the general contractor.  Cleaner Supply was represented by Brian Armon with NAI Alliance.  The Landlord in the transaction was represented by Joel Fountain, Baker Krukow and Nick Knecht with Dickson Commercial Group (DCG).
