David Geddes and Don Welsh of DCG, teamed together to represent both the buyer and the seller of 21 Locust Street. The sale closed on September 30th for $3,925,000. Dakeson Management purchased the 11,865 square foot office building, neighboring Downtown Reno and Renown Hospital. Currently leased by Renown Health, the .84 acre parcel includes a large parking lot with nearly 70 parking spaces.
