DCG Office Represents Buyer, Thrive Wellness in 6,051 SF Old Southwest Office

Dominic Brunetti and Scott Shanks of DCG’s office team represented the buyer, Thrive Wellness, in acquiring 599 California Avenue for $1,850,000. Thrive Wellness, owned by McGeiger Investments, exercised its purchase option after leasing the 6,051-square-foot building in 2021. 

Thrive Wellness, a holistic healing community, has three locations in Reno’s Old Southwest neighborhood, treating mental, behavioral, and physical health conditions.
