Camp Fire Survivor who lost Everything Rebuilds Restaurant in Sparks

Hello Friends! Customers, Employees, and Family, it was 11 months ago to the day I wrote the hardest words in my life. I tried to put in perspective then, what you all mean to me, and how grateful I was to be part of the community in Paradise. I was living the dream in Paradise. On Nov 8th, 2018, that dream was interrupted, but not destroyed. The physical things in our life can be taken from us. We can lose loved ones, family, and best friends from any number of tragedies. What can never be taken from us, is our dreams.
It is with those thoughts I want to inform everyone that on this day October 10th, 2019,
Mamma Celeste’s journey, and mine with all of you, continues….
We have signed a 20-year lease at 360 South Los Altos Parkway, in Sparks, NV.
Right up the Pyramid Highway off 1-80 at the Galleria Outdoor Shopping Complex.

We plan on being open by May of 2020.

Nothing left to do but, smile, smile, smile! -Robert Hunter

Jim Flanagan
