Property Management

DCG Management can manage all the important aspects of your property’s physical, financial, and administrative needs. We can provide monthly accounting and financial services, comprehensive building maintenance, lease administration, and annual reports and activities. We also provide risk mitigation including tracking services for tenant and vendor insurance certificates, periodic utility audits and service contract supervision. With 3 CPA’s on staff, we ensure strict accounting compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. This includes all physical and vendor management to ensure your building looks and runs at peak performance.

Facility Management

For clients who wish to handle their own accounting, DCG Management provides dedicated facility management and building maintenance services overseeing fire safety systems, security systems, landscaping, lighting, electrical, heating and cooling systems (HVAC), plumbing, roofing, locksmithing, janitorial, painting, pest control, snow removal, procuring bids and RFP’s, and vendor contract and insurance compliance.
