Corry Castaneda
Director of Commercial Property Mgmt.
Career Background
Castaneda serves as Director of Property Management for DCG, bringing over 15 years of commercial real estate, building maintenance, and property management experience to the team. Castaneda’s role is an integral part business expansion for DCG as the company increases its focus on commercial property management. Castaneda works with the accounting and management staff of DCG on managing and maintaining all asset classes including industrial, office, multifamily and retail as well as facility management, construction/capital project management, and tenant improvements.
Prior to joining DCG, he worked with two different regional commercial real estate companies over the course of seven years. Previously, Castaneda worked for CBRE, Inc., where he helped manage a portfolio of over 80 industrial buildings in the Reno/Sparks area, totaling over 12 million sq. ft. Castaneda also worked for NAI Alliance where he oversaw maintenance and facility operations for over 1 million sq. ft., of class “A” office, mixed retail and flex industrial for over 100 tenants. Castaneda was also a licensed General Contractor in the state of Nevada for eight years and served as Facilities Engineer with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel for three years where he became a certified HVAC technician and received certificates in National Electric Code and Uniform Plumbing Code.
