Reno, Nev. – Dickson Commercial Group announce the completion of a land sale near Virginia Lake that will be developed into a new townhome community.
The land, approximately 1.5 acres in size, is located on Alamo Square Way just south of Plumb Lane. The buyer in the transaction, local builder Capstone Communities, plans to develop the land into a series of townhomes. Construction is expected to start in the summer of 2016.
Capstone Communities developed the adjacent townhome community at Virginia Lake Crossing, and is currently building communities in Truckee, Reno and Sparks.]]>
