Sparks, Nev. – Dickson Commercial Group represented buyer Dr. Ryan Zeller in his recent acquisition of the office building located at 518 Pyramid Way in Sparks, NV. The building has excellent frontage from Pyramid Way and is located close to Interstate 80. Dr. Zeller has been practicing family medicine for over 20 years and will move his practice from its current location in Sparks after the tenant improvement process. The office building was purchased from American Property Exchange. Both Tom Fennell and Lindy Deller of Dickson Commercial Group represented the buyer in the acquisition.]]>
